ROOIBOS
Often referred to as Red Tea due to its vibrant color when brewed, is celebrated for its health benefits and delightful taste. This evergreen shrub is native to South Africa, thriving exclusively in the sandy soils of the Cederberg region. Despite attempts to cultivate it elsewhere, the unique climate and conditions cannot be replicated. Rooibos offers a sweet, nutty flavor with hints of honey, vanilla, and caramel. Additionally, a brewed cup provides an impressive array of nutrients, including iron, zinc, fluoride, calcium, and magnesium.
